EXPERIENCED HORSES THAT MAY BE SUITABLE FOR ELITE SALE
Horses that maybe suitable to join in the Elite sale in August but are at the age of 4, 5, 6 and 7 years old and who have competed and are experienced in showjumping or eventing and have pictures and/or videos may now be suitable to join in the Elite sale in August. Please contact the office at Cavan Horse Marketing Centre to see if your horse is a suitable candidate

Annual Sales at Cavan Horse Marketing Centre comprise of

3 Young Stock Sport Horse Sales foals, yearling 2 year olds & broodmares
2 National Registered Irish Draught Sale foals, yearlings, 2 year olds and all ages of this breed
3 ConnemaraSale Foals, Yearlings, 2 Year Olds, unbroken 3 & 4 Year Olds, Riding ponies 4 Years Old and upwards, Broodmares and Stallions
3 Year Old Grey Stallion by Cornet Obolensky
This outstanding stallion was the winner of the Elite 3 Year Old competition and went on to fetch a whopping €46,000 in the Elite Sale which is the highest price ever paid for a half bred in an auction ring in Ireland.
Sallymount Touch of Clover
qualified as a 4YO for RDS Dublin and won 5YO Irish Horse Board Class at Punchestown and also competed at World Young Horse Championship in Lanaken 2007.
